CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to alter the programme without prior notice. Latecomers may either be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance, or be refused admission. Any recording of the performance (either audio or visual) is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of, and use of, such equipment on the premises.

We believe that everyone belongs at the Young Vic Theatre and should be treated with equal respect. The Management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person who is treating our staff, other visitors, or the venue in a way we feel is unacceptable. This includes using discriminatory language, hate speech, or aggression.

Tickets are sold subject to these conditions. All tickets can only be exchanged or refunded by the Young Vic. Please note, any tickets resold on other platforms or through a third party will be void.

FEES
All transactions are subject to a £2.50 Green Building Levy which will allow us to make improvements to our building, our capital assets and the way we make work, all of which support our ambition to become as sustainable as possible. This fee is non-refundable except in the event of a show cancellation.

If you ask for your tickets to be sent via post in advance, there will be a charge of £1.75 to cover postage and administration.

COLLECTING TICKETS AT THE BOX OFFICE
From Passing Strange onwards, ‘25 and Under’ and ‘60 and Over’ concession tickets must be collected at the Box Office within an hour of the performance. Please bring proof of ID or eligibility in order to collect your ticket.

TICKETS TO BE POSTED
If you have chosen to have your tickets posted to you, they will be posted out first class and should arrive within a week of the performance. If they don't arrive, please contact the Box Office. Please note we don't post out tickets for performances more than one week away from your visit, and do not post out concession tickets.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Young Vic credit vouchers and SOLT Theatre vouchers. All cheques should be made payable to Young Vic Company.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
If you need to exchange your ticket, you can do so by calling or emailing the Box Office up to 48 hours before the performance. Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production or a Young Vic credit voucher which is valid for 6 months. Please note, this policy may vary for Young Vic shows running at other venues, including those in the West End. Exchanges will incur a £1 fee per ticket.

If we have to cancel a performance for any reason, we will give you the option for a full refund, an exchange for another performance (subject to availability) or offer you a Young Vic credit voucher valid for 12 months. You can request a refund for your credit voucher issued from a cancelled performance at any time before it expires.
